Feb-Mar time frame we got busy with some new ingredients. I have fixed some of the leaks and some of the things I did not like. Before the BMW sold I had to try and put some larger tires on, in hopes to make a good judgment on what would look good. I will tell you that the stock rims and the 33x10 tires looked good but did not work right.

So I went to get another item I won on E-bay and at the same time I picked up these tires instead. I also spent money on --bulkhead repair pieces --new headlights that are more up to date --some freewheeling hubs --and some other odds and ends. The total came out around 535 pounds.

So back to E-bay I went for more good deals. E-bay has been good to me this month. As you can see this month there have been a lot of good items at low prices, which I have taken advantage of.

I have worked on a lot of the little stuff and some of the larger things that I was afraid would bite me later. I am thinking there might be some changes to the final look of the vehicle. I had originally thought black with silver trim would be the best look, but I am now thinking of going back to land rover blue. After long thought and some good pictures mind has been changed. The pictures do not show how ugly the paint looks now. So the final paint would also look good with the same color.

Some of the small things to the big thing that have been worked on are --Cheap carpet has been installed --the axle seals have been replaced --the freewheeling hubs have been installed --and last of all, some of the safety items have been installed like a flashlight, small fire extinguisher, and a box of odds and ends that will help if I break somewhere.

Oh, and by the way I have taken over the site since the Mid term report came out and the navigation bars above it. So please forgive the whitty comments and the bad spelling, I am trying my best.
