The time between Dec and Feb

Well I kind of broke the number one rule. I went on vacation mid project. Since my return I have completed the frame odds and ends, fabricated new brake lines, rewired the rear lights from the bulkhead, cleaned up the here and there, and got it to the first MOT. Well as you may guess I was the talk of the shop. "Did you see that land rover that some young kid is rebuilding from scratch?" Well guess what..........  she PASSED. So the hard part is DONE!!!

The Pro Comp ES3000 shocks limit suspension travel a bit.

By using two drive up stands we did not notice the shock limit.

So we kept on going to the yellow block.

The yellow block is only two inches higher.

Overall we are still impressed. With the parabolic springs the new frame and fabricating of the brake system, she has definitely breathed new life. The stance is taller, the flex is better, and the brakes feel better. I should not have gone with the 4 core radiator (taking a bit too long to warm up) but I think I will notice the difference during the summer. Do not think I'm Done though. I still have plenty I want to do!!

Ya, I know this is not the most impressive flex angle but there is ways to extend the reach. As it is now it can still crawl ontop of most cars with out aids!!!! Just ask some of those stock Jeep owners if they can do that?

Found this site on accident. So I put myself out there.
