Well, in case you are wondering, I am NOT dead and neither is Tracy. I had a small set back. One day there was some kind
of freak storm behind my house and all the shingles flew off the back side. We stayed on base for a good time not being able
to do much. I did get a few things done though. Here is the view of D-day at he house.
What we did acomplish during the homeless time was a trip to Peterbrough (which you can see on my other site), a broken
half shaft, and the station wagon top. Yes this is a compramise to the total off-roader but well worth it. We also worked
on striping the new bulkhead for repair. Take a look.
The top was given to me with the vehicle.

The door cost 50 quid and had seven layers of mod paint
The top was painted silver to match the final color
The vehicle was going the yard any way
Menchie helped on one side
It was more work than I expected
Both shafts were in bad shape
The long one was just twisted
